Ranger rci 2980 mod

I have a modified rci-2980. I want to demodify it so I can get back all the 10 meter band. Right now all I get is 25.615-28.320 mhz. Does anyone know how I can do it? I want it to be just like when it came out of the box.

It's been a long time, but I think it's either relocating a jumper or two. It would be faster to call a friend who still knows, but he moved and i don't have the new #. I'll go thru some real old notes and check but there should be some websites that still show the mod. Good Luck.

I just took my radio to a local cb shop as a last resort. He said it had no jumpers inside but the mod was alot like the galaxy radios. When I got it home he didnt open it up all the way. I just got 28.065-28.605. Mad is not the word for what I am right now. Is anyone familier with the galaxy mods? I just want my radio like it was when it came from the factory.
