Raspberry Pi model 3 b plus difference?

What is the difference between the following? I looked at the specs and they are the same. Are these just different manufactures and if so, which is better.

They're identical, just from a different distributor. They might come in a different box, but that'll be the only difference. The hardware is the same, from the same factory, etc.
