Raytown PD

Hello All,
I have been out of scanning for a while. Work is annoying.
Anyways I broke out my HomePatrol the other day and updated the Databases, etc.
I noticed Raytown PD was now on MARRS(about time) but I cannot hear anything on the programmed channels...
Has anyone had this issue? I am just looking for someone to confirm they have not went encrypted or using some other system.

Ps. I know Independence and Blue Springs went encrypted (shame Independence was always fun to listen to...) are there any other Locales that are no longer available?

I know Independence is encrypted... but Blue Springs and Raytown are still showing open and receiving traffic with my radio.

Jackson County Sheriff is encrypted.

The RadioRef database for MARRS is pretty good about keeping updated information about which talkgroups are encrypted and which are open.

They are still in the clear, just heard them a few seconds ago. 34200 is Raytown A,

Make sure you are scanning the KCMO MARRS Sites and not Jackson Co MARRS Sites.
