It looks like about a 5 min delay on scanner traffic on the left hand side of the app. It says 3:07 pm but the real time is 3:14 pm. It's so strange to hear the comm's after a delay.

It's the Ottawa and area Emergency Services on the Rdio Scanner app , not related to Broadcastify or RadioReference.

What does the L mean in center of the screen? It says L15

The delay is due to the number of calls. The more talkgroups you have selected, the more calls it queues. In busy times you get a delay. Easy way to catch up is just to turn live feed off and on again. It records all talkgroups by a timestamp and it knows to queue the calls in order, so you never miss something. You may not hear it right away.
And L is the number of people listening
