Redding area 800mhz trunked system

Can anyone confirm if Redding Fire is using the 800mhz trunked system? https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=2441 I was there for a week and didn't hear a peep from fire on the 800 system. Lots of VHF fire & ems traffic in the Redding area but not a thing on the 800 side.

The 800 side is used for admin/prevention use and is more of a tactical back-channel between Chiefs, Prevention, HQ and Shascom. Day to day it will be very quiet. It was pretty active during the Carr fire. If there's a good wildland fire in the city, Calfire will handle the wildland in unified command with the city, and everything runs on calfire frequencies. You'll hear the RDN admin on 800 discussing any city issues regarding the incident.
