Sorry about that. It was date night, my wife pulled me away from the computer. Just had time to copy and paste. Didn't know if youtube would pull the video.

Tragic accident. From listening to the audio feed, I presume Black, Yellow and Green are codes indicating victim conditions. Black being fatal?

If this bit about REMSA from the DB is correct then yes:
REMSA is contracted to handle EMS for Washoe County.

Trauma Codes:

Code Green - Patient Non Urgent

Code Yellow - Urgent Patient

Code Red - Immediate Patient

Code Blue - In or Near Full Arrest

Code Black - Dead on Scene

Code Orange - Psychiatric Patient

NTSB: Pilot overwhelmed by G-forces in Reno crash

The pilot of the P-51 Mustang that crashed at an air show in Nevada last September experienced overwhelming G-forces during the onset of the incident, and was incapacitated almost instantly, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) said yesterday. Last year's crash of the souped-up vintage plane at an air race in Reno that killed 11 people happened after the aircraft spun out of control, leading to G-forces that probably caused the pilot to pass out, federal investigators said.

The g force involved was great enough to break the tail wheel loose from the hydraulics after the initial roll check.

You can see clearly in the video when the left trim tab fails, the aircraft rolls past 90 degrees and is almost instantly corrected by the pilot. After that the pilot rolls the aircraft nearly level and departs the race course. Shortly thereafter, the forces tear the trim tab loose, causing an abrupt high g force pitchup, which at this point was probably 8-10G's. This is the point where the tail wheel comes loose and goes into the down position from G force overload, and the plane pitches up, out of control. At that point, the aircraft was pilotless.
