Google'ing "Ham" + "repeater" + your city, county, region will get the local ham clubs in the area and normally a fairly accurate list of local repeaters.
Google "K5EHX amateu radio repeater mapping", and search for repeaters in your area, or you can contact a local AR club if there's one in your area. If you have a scanner with search capability, you can program in the frequency ranges for the bands you want to search for traffic if you have the band plan. The ARRL also has a downloadable repeater application for the Garmin Nuvi GPS that will list frequency, offset, PL, and callsign of open repeaters within about 100 miles of your location, but it will NOT show the exact repeater locations. The K5EHX site shows repeater info and general ranges of most repeaters it brings up. Hope this helps you.
Per RR policy (as explained in the other thread you posted to), Amateur Radio Repeater frequencies are not generally listed in the RR database. Mostly this is due to the frequent changes causing the data to get out-of-date easily. They do allow those used for SkyWarn, ARES, and RACES, which would be listed in a section on the normal county page of the database. The database guidlines are here RR Database Submission Guidelines - The RadioReference Wiki where it clearly states
Any conventional radio system data used by the following entities:
...
Amateur Radio
A.R.E.S. frequencies and repeaters used for emergency and Skywarn Nets only!
R.A.C.E.S. frequencies and repeaters used for Emergency Mgmt. and Homeland Security Nets only!
Lists are also available through a simple Google search on "Ham Radio Repeaters", with better search results if you give the desired major city and state as well.
