I've resolved (at least improved a lot) simulcast issues with my BCD536HP on a local P25 phase II system.

Items modified:
Threshold changed from AUTO 8 to MANUAL 7
ATT (Attenuation) set to ON
Antenna Yagi (directional) pointing to a direction where signal didn't fluctuate as often

You can hear it (for a limited time) here:
Loudoun County Sheriff Dispatch

I will later take the BCD536HP offline and run the feed from a Linux OP25 box.

Screenshot of ProScan: (Notice the error rate at zero - It does change to 1 sometimes)

That was a very limited time,I tried and it says offline.
On our NJ 700Mhz system the error could be at zero it still garbles, dont want to be a pessimist, but I have been down that road.
I hope you fixed it though.

yes that feed is offline
i no longer use uniden for any simulcast systems
its a pain to get a decent result although not impossible
a 45 degree inclined factory antenna and attenuation does help
try it
