Brett,
I see you posted in the Georgia forum but supplied even less info than here.

Folks can't help you if you don't say much more than "my thing is broke."

What activity are you interested in?

Base dispatch?
Base mil-air?

What's likely?
Signal strength issues?
Trunking issues?

Why do you think it should work?
Are you working with the RR database? Or going it alone?
Have you used the site search capability by putting in Warner Robins in the search box?
Maybe someone else has had the problem and it's been solved already.

I can't help you with your local area but RR is a great resource. Folks are willing to help and sometimes you have to help yourself.
Help others help you. After you search the daylights out of the RR site you can 'splain what's wrong.

For what it's worth, the Federal system around Denver requires a split table program.
That would be a trunking issue.

Brett,

Do you have the Custom Frequency Table set correctly?
PGM->TRUNK FUNC + 2 then key in Base freq then Offset then UP/DOWN to correct Step (press ENTER after each)

Then enabled?
FUNC + 3 then UP/DOWN to Table then ENTER.

Probably not trunking correctly.
Scancat will not do split table entries. (in addition to many other serious defects)
You can't do split table entries manually either.
If that's what's required to hear WRAFB then you need Win96.

Maybe someone in Georgia can confirm.

As previously stated, only the red and blue are required but all will not cause any problems.
and every now and then i see a user id flash on screen of pro96 but its not stopping.
This is a classical indication you have not set the table as per my previous, or you have the table set incorrectly.
but when i put it on manual i hear activity.is there something i'm doing wrong.
Yes, check table.
i program using the scancat program
Worthless for Motorola VHF/UHF programming.

BTW, when you do see an ID on line 4 without any voice -- note what VC frequency is displayed on line 2. It will be a frequency not listed in RR Database. IOW, the incorrect table setting will force an incorrect VC, thus no voice.

The following is copied from my programming short cut link.
For VHF and UHF 400/500 additional steps must be set as follows:
1. Press PGM
2. Press TRUNK
3. Press FUNC + 2
4. Key in the Base freq then ENTER
5. Key in the 3 digit Offset then ENTER
6. Using the up/down, find the correct Step on line 4, then ENTER
7. Press FUNC + 3
8. Using the up/down, find the correct setting on line 4, Table, then ENTER
9. Press SCAN

Robins tables are listed on the RR Database page under Custom Frequency Table. Step=Spacing.
