I'm less than 2 miles from the rollinsford local repeater,154.1075 pl 156.7...
On route 91 in York Maine, and into somersworth I get a bleed over from Standish Maine, 154.100 pl 156.7.. Even the NFM mode let's the bleed over happen on the uniden 396 xt, vhf mag mount antenna
Question is -- is anyone else getting the same thing?

That's not unusual. NFM mode on scanners is narrow but not narrow enough in a lot of cases. I've noticed that when comparing between a scanner (SDS) and SDR (where you can manually adjust the bandwidth).

IMHO, it's poor radio coordination to have 154.1000 and 154.1075, so close, share a common PL tone. A town my family lives in for years had 155.7600 (DPW) and 155.775 (PD) , and both used a 107.2 PL. For years, there were bleed over issue in the mobile radios. They eventually modified the PL of the DPW to 118.8 to prevent it.
