RR database changes

I noticed that some changes were made in the troop C sectoin of the RR database. Everything that was changed was highlighted in yellow as usual. What I want to know is what exactly was changed? It looks just as it did the last time I saw it. The state PDF file doesnt show any changes lately to talkgroups either.

It does say in the link changed talkgroups that some talkgroups were changed on the 17th but it doesn't say which ones.

There were no changes made, except a couple of very minor formatting changes. Unfortunately, a random set of talkgroups show up as changed when they actually were not changed at all. This happens sometimes when we update some of the older trunked systems in the database.
