You cannot download the RR database to your PC but you can download it
to your scanner. Database upgrades for Uniden only happen once per week,
usually on Mondays.

Connect your scanner to the PC in the usual way.
Start the Sentinel software.
Click on Update and then Update Master HPDB...
You might have to also click on the Force Write Master DB tab.
This will update your scanner with the latest RR frequencies.
If you already have the most current database it will tell you that too.

It should be noted that the Radio Reference databases are continually updated.
There are updates being made to it every single day. BUT....for us scanner users
the usual procedure is for Uniden (or whoever) to only update their database
once per week, and it is that weekly update that gets put into your scanner.

If you just want to look at the data or the RR channels and frequencies to see
what is there, just connect to the RR site and hit the Databases tab and you
can go to whatever data you wish to look at from there.

I think you need to do a "Write to Scanner" after downloading the update from Uniden.

You can purchase the ARC 536 that would allow you to directly access the RR database, but that's only to build a Favorites List and does not download the entire database.
