RTL with SDR# what am i missing?

It does if you use direct sampling(mode 3), and is an 820T.

I've seen reference to such a thing, any more info? I had believed that some of them (meaning the R820T tuners) would do that but it required some kind of hardware mod to make it work properly - would love to find out more if you have someplace to point me (or us) towards, thanks.

Here is where I found the info: No hardware change, software mod direct sampling

I modified SDR# to fiddle with things, but results were poor. Probably antenna related..

edit: I know why the results were poor.. I was using the osmosdr dll instead of keenerd's rtl-sdr

I wasn't using any different mode I don't think. I'm new to this SDR stuff but it shows you how tired I was last night...I knew it wasn't going to go down there to MW.

I may have more questions as I play with it some more but for now, thanks to everyone for getting me installed at least.
