Same Freq, 2 APCO-25 Towers

On my Pro-96 There are two towers on each side of the county I live in. Depending on where I stand in my house I pick up on the same Freq one tower and move to another part of the house and get the other.
Is there any way to tell the scanner to connect to a certain tower and not the other?

Put aluminum siding on one side of your house, and ground it!

Hook up a directional Yagi antenna, and point it toward the site you want to receive. Other than that, I don't think there is anything else you can do. Is it causing a problem?

What i do is use a bank for each county I listen too. That way I also track talk groups. So of course I may pull in the correct tower depending on where in the house I am and if I am listening to someone I may or may not hear the traffic on one of the towers because it may start pulling from the other tower.
