San Bernardino County

I am trying to program my BCT996xt for San Bernardino CO. I know with the new system most are encrypted but all I want to hear is CONFIRE. I have progrmmed with Freescan but I'm not hearing anything. Any suggestions?

I. Believe they are phase 2 and the 996xt is only a phase one scanner

I am San Bernardino County, in the Morongo Basin area of the High Desert and I receive the P25 digital talk groups on my Uniden BCD396XT and it's only a phase one scanner. I programmed by hand though, I've never used software so I can't help you there. As far as I can tell I'm getting the majority of Confire talkgroups for my area.

Anyone know if the database is accurate for San Bernardino County? Frequencies for sites, talk groups, modes, etc. I notice sheriff and fire are listed as analog but I thought they had gone P25 and maybe E for law.
