Primary incident command on LE South Command...CHP patching Gold onto CHP Tac 2, which is patched to LE South Command.

CHP El Cajon Disp working related preperations just outside of the action area.

La Mesa PD Tac 1 working the police station under attack, setting the flag on fire, smashing patrol car, rocks being thrown, tagging the HQ. Mobile field force being requested.

LE South Tac 4 possibly sort of a secondary for LE South Command activty.

SDPD Tac 6 and CHP Blue working possible planned looting of Fashion Valley.

SDPD has another tac with motors running around checking areas, almost sounds like street racer locations?

Incident Command 2 is being patched in with LE South Command.

La Mesa City Hall and Library now "active 11-71", Non stop rocks and bottles and gas deployment the last few hours.

SDPD Tac 5 is the working channel for the downtown protesting at this time. Cleanest audio on 700MHz.

Coronado PD was working the bridge takeover on Coronado PD Dispatch 1.

Sounds like CHP Orange is patched with RCS CHP Tac 1.

LE South Tac 4 still sounds like leftover La Mesa radio traffic.

The patching, even RCS to RCS, is not completely transparent. If you can identify the primary talkgroup most of the radios are actually transmitting on, it will provide the best audio quality and dynamic range.

Downtown Protest is being worked on encrypted CEN TAC now...so that's that.

SDPD Tac 5 was not being streamed on any of the SDPD Broadcastify streams, so the long held belief that streaming is the reason they enable encryption is apparently not valid.

All they need to do is just switch to a tac channel and they are good since tac streaming is not allowed I doubt there are many out with scanners on them but I will save that for another topic in the forums.

Everything has gone 100% encryption now, 110% if you include all El Cajon PD channels including DIsp 1. The dispatcher/patch console glitch has been "fixxed", so no more accidental clear comms.
