San Diego City 700 high pitched tone.

I apologize if this is in a thread already. I have my Unication G4 and I was trying to monitor SDPD North 1. I'm getting a loud high pitched tone that about blasts my speaker off and it's unmonitorable. Same for Lifeguard Dispatch will emit a huge "Screeerrreee" even with the volume turned all the way down. Do I have a setting wrong or is this some kind of "Scanner Buster"?

Found the issue. Tone alert was enabled on call receive by default for some reason, turned them off.
