San Diego Police "SDP1"

Whenever I hear SDPD in. a pursuit or similar, I hear them say on LE whatever command "We are patched on SDP1".

This isn't "SDPD Patch", and it doesn't light up any normal talkgroup on the RCS I monitor. Anyone know what this is or a talkgroup number?

I believe what you are hearing is a reference to "RCS-SDPD1" which is a link allowing a RCS talkgroup to be patched to a SDPD talkgroup. This resource is not over he air.
