Does anyone know the frequencies to the greater Santa Clarita area for the fire department? And if so, what are they?

470.4875 Blue-12
Are there any channels that coordinate with Blue-12, so if the dispatcher calls out a certain command channel for the responders, I can switch to that call? I know someone posted a link to the page for the different LA County frequencies but I'm use to the Ventura county list, which seems much more organized or at least understandable.

LAC V-1, V-2, V-3, V-4, V-5 are repeater channels
V-6-Direct, V-7-Direct, etc... are simplex.

So if there is a brush fire in Castaic, CA, what would be the channels I should tune into?

Castaic I believe would be an interagency with LACoFD and USFS. If a fire breaks LA will give a Com Plan for the incident.

Popular frequencies for Santa Clarita can be found here....

for the Brush in Castaic that happened a couple days ago, they used V2, V9, V10, and U13, the comm plan is announced on dispatch, you just have to be a sharp listener. :p

By the way, regarding that fire, some dummy was flying his drone in the patch of the firefighting helos!:evil::evil: You could hear the CHP trying to hunt him down. It's only a matter of time, unreal.

USFS has already came out and said they will ground all air ops if a drone is flying in one of their fires. I really think they should call them what they are, remote control toy airplanes.
