Sarasota County and Bc796d?

is there any special programming instructions for a rebanded system, i'm using arc250pro.
i'm importing rr database for sarasota cty. but scanner never stops on any active talk group.
i'm putting in all towers in one bank and using moto. type l l 800 system.
i was getting more on the Bc785d i'm replacing, it just didn't trunk the system as it wasn't rebandable.

set it up like this and not one sound heard all day?


For standard rebanded systems, you need to set Band Plan 1 and Band Plan 2 as:
Band Plan Base Freq (Lower) Base Freq (Upper) Offset Polarity Spacing
1 851.0250MHz 854.0000MHz 440 + 25 kHz
2 851.0125MHz 868.9875MHz 0 + 25 kHz

programmed in charlotte cty and it trunks fine, they haven't rebanded yet. still nothing on sarasota, my bc785 at least receives them, just doesn't trunk track. picking up all north port tower freq.'s in conventional mode but nothing in trunking?
any ideas.
