Saratoga Springs, NY PD freqency

I used sentinel to download Saratoga County, NY and I receive everything but the Saratoga Springs, NY PD. At one point I heard something but it sounded like it kept breaking off something like encryption. Can someone guide me on this

Welcome to the RR forums. Read about the effects of simulcast distortion in the wiki I linked below. It's perhaps the most discussed issue on the forums. Try the multipath mitigation suggestions within. If you find one that works for you, great! If not, consider investing in a Uniden SDS100 or SDS200 which were designed to mitigate its effects.
