Does it happen to work with PL259 or BNC connectors? I am using LMR400 and RG8 coax as my feedline and jumpers with these various connectors.
Nope you will need adapter, and yes more signal loss, but from my expierence it was still good and it was like under 15 dollars im pretty certain. I have it hooked up to one scanner fed from 3 antennas split with a T bnc splitter with 2 LMR 400, then another T bnc spitter with the first adapter hooked into one of the sides of the T, then another LMR 400 hooked into the other side, then an adapter to go from bnc to f, and that hooks into the splitter, then I have a maybe 7in rg6 with 2 f males on each end, one connected to the output on the spitter, then other into a f to bnc to the scanner back, so as you can see there is alot of adapters going on mine and it is good. I can pick up 800mhz witch is pretty much the hardest to pick up, even more harder at my place with woods anywhere from 20ft front and left side of house, to about 50 on right side and about 200 or so to back, and I pick tower from 15 miles to about 50 miles in 1 instance. So that is my situation, Im pretty sure you wanted a splitter amp. and it is 4way split, Im pretty sure they had a 1 way splitter amp also if you wanted that. Its up to you though my brother, Im not saying its the best but it definitly worked for my situation, so whatever floats your boat
