Scanner or Receiver with dBm signal display

I am trying to find a VHF/UHF receiver, capable of displaying received signal strength in dBm. Interface to a PC is also a requirement. Does anyone know of a model that would do this? Even a Dual band mobile transceiver with this capability would be a plus. Any pointers would be appreciated.

Sounds like you want a WinRadio that covers the VHF/UHF
Least expensive would probably be WiNRADiO WR-G315e Receiver
and go up from there.
You will not be disappointed in any of the WinRadio line.
They will not transmit however.
