I have a whistler WS1065 scanner which I am trying to set up with ARC500 software in North Carolina. I want Anson County, Union County, Stanley County, Cabarrus County and NCSHP. I have all these files generated but it seems Union County and possibly others are encrypted. Would someone be willing to generate a file so I can compare to what I have generated? I have attached the file I generated for review. Any help with be appreciated.

Union, Stanly, and Cabarrus counties are on the Charlotte UASI system which are simulcast. Not sure how well your ws1065 will work here but you should get something. I made you a new file. I separated all the counties you wanted. The counties on the Viper system are on scanlist 1 - 4 and the ones on the Charlotte system are on 5 - 7 and the conventional frequencies are on scanlist 8. Try that if you like but again the Charlotte system is simulcast which may cause problems trying to receive. You can do a search to help you understand the simulcast issues.

Great!! It looks like I was on the right track but I will load your file and see what happens. Thanks for the help!
