Download the free trial of each, and determine which one suits your needs better.

I think you'll find Win96 is the clear winner here. Get a premium subscription and you can download data from the database into the editor; you can't do that (directly) with Scancrap (you can use Excel to cut/paste, but why be clumsy when there's a better alternative)?
