Does anyone know what channels USFS uses in San Diego for fires? (dispatch, command and tac)

What Cal Fire uses in San Diego County? Command and Tac?

Which are the primary command and tac channels for Heartland Dispatch?

For USFS in San Diego county try this and scroll down to Cleveland National Forest But you can hear Forest Net on 406.525 as well.
United States Forest Service Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference

Cal Fire in San Diego County Monte Vista uses the San Diego County RCS Zone 10-11 talkgroups as well as conventional frequencies as well look for their talkgroups under San Diego County Fire Authority.

Monitor Commands 1-3 for commands on Conventional for brush incidents this will explain more scroll down to MVU 3300 Monte Vista ECC San Diego Unit
Department of Forestry & Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference

Heartland uses 1A for dispatch on South Zone of the RCS system with a New Fleetmap now and talkgroups old Escondido Fire talkgroups and old NorthComm fire talkgroups on the South Zone on RCS.

1A 11632 for dispatch
