SDFR 7B tg 313 open carrier

Looks like 7B disp is stuck with an open carrier.

I noticed the same last night and locked it out of my feed.

My trunk recorder feed has been recording the open carrier for over 48000 seconds. I will need to restart my feed once the problem has been cleared up so I do not play over 12 hours recorded dead carrier.

Appears the problem has been resolved.
