Is there an Software who allow us to receive and decode Analog 2,4Ghz Cams?

Well the HackRF goes from 10 MHz to 6 GHz. There may be a few other receivers that also extend to 2.4 GHz. However, you would also need software capable of decoding whatever protocol the camera uses. Do you know if any such SDR software exists? Or were you thinking of reverse engineering the protocol and coding it yourself?

There are a lot of Cam out there who work on 2,4Ghz. That cam was an example. I believe you dont speak German.
I don't know about 10€ receicers... What do you mean?
on ebay are a lot cheap one.
What did the do? An SDR should do the same?!

Dude, yeah sorry I don't speak German. Also your English isn't exactly piece of cake.

My understanding of an SDR is a combination of software with an hardware interface.

This camera you gave us as an example transmits at 2,4GHz using 18MHz bandwidth. Good luck finding a cheap RF interface with those specs.

If by SDR under 10$ you mean RTL dongles remember those usually won't go as high as 2,4 and get much more than 2M bandwidth.
