Was wondering if anyone has tricks on how to get rid of this interference noise. This is listening to an EDCAS system in Las Cruces, NM. I have posted the video when it sounds distorted.
The part in the middle (0:11 - 0:15) that sounds like water dribbling is interference from another transmitter, could be nearby you or nearby the tower site. Attenuation might help.
Everything else in that transmission is just how EDACS is, and even professional radios sound like that (including the interference, might I add).
Another transmitter interfering for sure. Try the different filter settings of Normal Inverse and so on and also IFX.
It's easy to get interfered but the frequency that interferes can usually be moved by the filter settings and IFX.
