Looks like it will plug right up with the GPS cable from Uniden.Right, I know I need the power cable as well but just wasn't sure if my existing GPS receiver would work.
My bad. You're right. I didn't make it clear The USB is plugged into the adapter in the photo. It's a separate item.That doesn't look like my uniden power cable for the SDS 100. Mine has a USB end not a cigarette lighter plug.

This is why I said specifically the GPS adapter cable from Uniden. Not the programming cable that came with the scannerYou can't use the cable that came with the scanner. The USB receptacle in the scanner will accept both power and data. That comes from cable I mentioned above. It receives standard power and data from the antenna. The OEM cable that came with the radio isn't equipped to receive data from the antenna.

Awesome I have 2 albeit for the SDS 200 one is 4800 and the other is 9600. Make sure you set the proper Baud rate in GPS setup.Just found the manual, it is 4800
