I'm Not finding any file with that name it in the SD card. I was clearing the user data while using Sentenel software and when the radio came back up this is what I seeCityTable_v1_00_00.dat . I tried to downlad the favorites list and the radio shows all the groups while booting up but then I get the same information. I guess I better order a new sim card?
Any help would be appreciated.

Could be a corrupt SD card. That file is normally found in the "Firmware" folder on the SD card. Try to reformat that card and then use the "Clear User Data" utility in Sentinel.

Use this utility to reformat the card (recommended by Uniden):

I've had many strange problems because of SD card corruption. I would do a couple of "full" (not quick) formats on the card, then use the "Clear User Data" utility in Sentinel as mentioned above. I have managed to bring several cards with corrupt files back to life and they have continued to work properly for quite some time. Apparently, the SDS series is very sensitive to errors of the card that might slip through being used in other devices.

It's telling me to use Sentinel to clear user data after I formatted the card a couple times but Sentinell is not transfering any information to the radio.

So embarrassing--- I've done this dozens of times, and yet I always forget the process until I actually have to do it again. Someone will come on here shortly if I have my signals crossed, but did you try to use Sentinel's Clear User Data with the card still in the computer? I believe that Clear User Data puts the required files on the card that instructs the radio how to boot up. Make sure you indicate the correct drive that contains the newly formatted card.

Did you 'mount' the radio - (hit E when prompted) and put the radio into USM mass storage mode?
And select the mounted radio (SD card) when prompted?
