SE Arkansas Skywarn

Anyone got a different freq for Skywarn in SE Arkansas? I've tried most of the ones posted in the database, nothing yet form the last two rounds of storms. Maybe there is no one down this way. I'm in Lincoln County, 6 miles due west of Dumas. Nothing but static.

Last night I came to this sight went to Live Audio then Genre List then to Amateur Radio clicked on Arkansas Skywarn and listened started out with 534 listener and went up to 767. They had a lot of imformation on the storm. If you can't get in on a repeater at least you can hear what going on this way.

After living in Lake Village for 21 years, when I was there they did not have Skywarn. When storms were moving through the area they called on the Fire Department and County SO for weather info in the field. Usualy the SO will be on the AWIN system during storms.

thanks guys, I'm on the Fire department out here and use mac call on awin but I was looking for another way to enhance our information gathering during these outbreaks

Dumas repeater linked to the CAUHF skywarn weather net

hey Randy Wright here, I just signed on this yesterday.. saw your post...
We just put up a full repeater linked to the AR Links system hub back in LR...
CAUHF Group Repeaters - Google Maps
if this link doesnt work,, just go to cauhf.org and go to repeater maps..
Freq is 147.2250
we need some spotters and info from that area..
