Hi. I am trying to program in Virginia federal frequencies, but the ones that show at https://wiki.radioreference.com/index.php/Federal_(VA) do not show in the Sentinel database. The instructions say the software will ask for your RR credentials, but I don't see that. I can download a .CSV file, but see no way to import it. Any help is greatly appreciated!

The page you referenced is a "wiki" page and is not part of the database.
If those frequencies haven't been submitted to the database, you cannot download them and will need to enter them manually (type or copy and paste).

You need to add the final parenthesis to the URL shown to get to the "wiki" page intended.
