Planning a trip to Sheboygan area this coming weekend. Is it worth bringing a scanner along or is most everything "E"? (Doesn't look too prevalent in RR).

County LE and city PD is (some partially).
Fire/EMS is not.
You also have the state WISCOM system, Road America, maritime off Lake Michigan. Some aviation and rail (Union Pacific).
Surrounding counties:
Ozaukee is P25 Phase I
Fond du Lac is VHF and WISCOM
Outagamie/Winnebago is P25 Phase I
Manitowoc is Phase I (some 'E')
