I just heard dispatch on 1OPS36 asking all cars to switch to Sim 11.Anyone know why ? Thanks.

Must have been some sites down for maintenance last night. I heard London EMS telling a few out of town crews to avoid P-COMM unless they really needed it because it was too busy, and to use cell phones to call their local CACC.
