Skywarn Net Ops Question

does anyone have a net roster to go by like
this is southeast kentucky SKYWARN net control......
and the rest I would like to learn so to speak in order to maybe form a net.

Also central ohio skywarn uses a emergency tone on 146.760 before telling the warning does anyone know what equipment do they use to make that tone ?

And this software (old but tried and true and now unsupported) is good for keeping track of checkins...I'm trying to get the author to release it to Sourceforge and let it evolve even further..
