When troubleshooting a signal issue, I took me SDS100 apart and lost the round nut that goes on the SMA connector to secure it. Where can I find a replacement?

You can use any nut that is the same thread and will fit in the area. Just be very careful not to over tighten!

A good local hardware store should have something. Other wise Fleabay, Mouser, any electronics site should have something. But it could be spendy for a .03 nut.

A small chance ACE hardware will have that, alternative, buy a very cheap parts radio that still has it.
I am gutting out some old radios that don't seem to sell, when I get to that point, I can senyou one.
Here is a nice tool for those:

You can use a standard hex nut if you can get a socket onto it properly.

Where did you take it apart?

Took me 436 apart years ago and screw disappeared in carpet. One of those strong fishing magnets had it recovered pretty fast.

🤣🤣Is that a balon for the Airspy Youloop?? That's an amazing idea! I have
It is. I had a bad one and like always, instead of throwing it away, it went into "storage". Glad I saved it!

You need a 1/4" x 36 threads per inch (1/4x36) nut. Probably easier to just buy a new cheap SMA connector off Amazon than trying to find a single nut.

And the style with the slots for tightening as opposed to a hexagonal nut as I doubt you will have enough room to get a nut wrench or even needle nose pliers in their to tighten it.
