A new feature just released yesterday from Opendns called SmartCache enables you to view websites that may otherwise be down due to a DNS outage.

There are far too many ISP's out there that have yet to patch their DNS servers. Its sad at the lack of attention smaller providers take on security.

What I find interesting is that if a free DNS provider can provide these services, how come your ISP doesn't have that option? :lol: I guess it's all about the $$$$$ Just like when I detect server congestion it makes me wonder why they don't fix that problem. That takes $$ too for more servers. Ididn't know these high priced ISP were like the airlines...
