I have the same one tuned to 160 MHz for the railband and I've been very impressed with its performance. It isn't to bad at UHF for EOT, HOT, and DPU frequencies as well.
What frequency are you looking for? Smiley makes antennas for pretty much every popular band. They make good antennas (at least in my personal experience), but like to put a lot of marketing hoopla on their product pages.
