Local units using SIRN sometimes. Not able to hear anything else from my location.

I have Pend Co in my scanner but can't pick up anything. I'll advise if that changes. | Funny note thought, I can pick up Berk Co units talking to medcom but can't pick up Berk Fire Talkgroup.
Thanks. My wife and I were there this past Saturday. I didn't hear anything specific to the fire. We did see some US Forestry vehicles and some smoldering on a few mountains.
From a direct source, the local fire depts have stopped assisting with fighting the fire due to manpower to run regular fire/ems calls.
The Pendleton Co. IRP tower is not completely live right now and county traffic is carried on other IRP towers in the area.

The Franklin Tower has been live since August. Other towers in the county are coming along.
Understand, but as I was there it was live but no traffic on it. Fire chief said they were having issues with it and that it was not currently in use. Traffic was heard on neighboring towers.

The sheriffs dept uses it more than any other agency in the county. Im scanning the Franklin tower site only and hear traffic. Remember Pendleton County isnt busy so you wont hear traffic on there all the time.
Also Pendleton Fire Talkgroup has been active since the fire. I have heard Command and Fire chief on there quite often.
