The FCC database doesn't have any entries for Sno Mountain, however the entries for "Montage Inc" (Montage Mountain is the former name for Sno Mountain) Callsign: WNAR232 are what you are looking for.
The FCC database shows: 463.825, 464.3125, 464.3875, 464.4875, 464.6375, 464.756, & 464.9875
I can personally confirm that 464.675 & 464.3875 (both with a DCS of 114) are in use as I was just there on 12/31/2010. It sounded to me like 464.3875 was used for coordinating instructors for lessons.
Many Ski Patrols utilize frequencies licensed to the National Ski Patrol System, however I'm fairly certain that Sno Mountain's Ski Patrol is not affiliated with them so I am fairly certain that they are using one of the UHF frequencies listed above, I'm just not sure which one.
Also, you might find it helpful to know that you don't have to be too close by to hear them. I had left my scanner on as I headed home and I heard them quite clearly when I was near the Viewmont Mall so perhaps other non-skiers in the Scranton / Wilkes-Barre area might be able to monitor these frequencies to further confirm their use.
