I hope this is where to ask this. I have the WV Scanner's Group. I noticed a new member had joined. The Call is jozephr , I checked the RR Members and this was not in there. I always thought that if they didn't have so many posts or were in the membership that they could not join a group. I am going to decline the membership for now. Moved to Forums Administration as this is not a Database issue.

Correct, no posts means they don't show up on the member list.
