Hi Shannon. Hmm. Some of the frequencies you requested are in the database here:
Solano County, California (CA) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference

There are 3 frequencies for the Solano SO, 2 for Vallejo PD, and 2 for Vallejo FD. I have never heard anything on the two SO tactical frequencies. The rest of the frequencies are active, though VFD channel 2 (483.06250) is used only for major incidents. I'm sure the PD has access to some other frequencies for tactical work (surveillance, SWAT, etc) but I've never come across them.

I'm curious how you came up with 5 as the number of channels for the PD and SO. FCC?

Well It Was Police Call !! A Long Time Ago Vallejo Pd Ch-1 Was 155.910 And Pd Ch-4
Was 155.970 Mhz Ch-5 Was A State Channel In Vallejo And Solano Cos In The 90's.
The Book Had 155.085 Listed As Sheriff Ch-2 154.860 As Sheriff Ch-4 And Fixed
Frequencies With No Repeater Output Channels. I Wonder If Clemars 154.920
154.935 And 155.575 + Calcord 156.075 Mhz Are Used In Your Area And If 154.830 And
154.950 Mhz Are Input Frequencies. Shannon

Calcord is sometimes used by Vallejo fire when a medical transport helicopter touches down.

Clemars 1-5 are pretty quiet. Occasionally I hear stuff on Clemars 3/Nalemars, but I can't make it out. Perhaps if you had a better antenna than I do it would be readable. I haven't checked Clemars 6-10.

I think OES White Fire 2 or 3 is in use, occasionally, on large incidents, but I can't swear to it.

What Are The Frequencies And Pl Tone For Vallejo Pd Channels 1-5
VALLEJO PD 1 = 155.9100 CT:107.2
VALLEJO PD 2 = 155.9700 CT:107.2
I have heard traffic on the above 2 channels, other channels are most likely statewide frequencies such as CLEMARS.

And Solano County Sheriffs Channels 1-5
SOLANO SHERIFF 1 = 155.4900 CT:107.2
SOLANO SHERIFF 2 = 155.1300
SOLANO SHERIFF 3 = 155.0850
I have only heard traffic on Solano channel 1, this is why I don't have CT values for the other 2.

+ Pending Frequencies For Solano Co
482.025 Mhz 482.175 Mhz 482.250 Mhz And 482.300 Mhz Shannon
What agency/purpose are these for?
