South Bend Fire Dept alert tones

I just purchased a new BCD396XT and I want to program it to activate the Tone Out for the SBFD's "all call" tones, but I have no clue how to program that feature (the "manual" was no help at all), and I don't know the specific tone freqs. Help, anyone?

Enter the dispatch freq, and keep the tones at 0 for each. Then it will display tones as they are dispatched, write them down, and program them. Also submit them to the Wiki so the next person doesn't have to search.

Any luck on those tone outs? I used to have a sheet with all of them (GE and Moto) but I can't for the life of me find them...care to share?

Which frequency are those tone sets for? and are they still up to date?
