Southwst MOTO - Strongsville E.D.A.C.S. Link

Can anybody confirm if this link is still active.
I haven't heard anything for quite a while.
Don't get me wrong the Strongsville E.D.A.C.S. T.R.S.
is still up and running. It is just that I have NOT
heard anything @ the same time on the MOTO and
E.D.A.C.S. T.R.S.s.

They are both located in Ohio in Cuyahoga County.

It's a patch between the Strongsville Service Department EDACS System and the SWRCN Motorola system. Not one particular frequency

They are both Trunked Radio Systems. There used to be a link between them.
I was just trying to figure out if the link is still there. With the link you could hear activity from the EDACS TRS Talk Group 1297 on the Motorola TRS Talk Group 16944.
I figure that with two scanners, I ought to be able to hear it.
