Spanish radio station

Some Spanish radio station is getting into the uplink of this sat. I wonder what satellite it is? As you can see there are several transpoinders all grouped together and very narrow.

Still active? I popped into the scanner but no copy here on the left coast.
I'll have to plugin the RTL stick and see if it shows up.

It's there but very weak.

Now it's gone but there is an extremely powerful carrier on there.

I hear it mostly in the afternoon here in the Pacific Time Zone just east of Lake Tahoe,NV
It has white noise, but no doubt a spanish radio station.
