Can someone tell me how to split audio from two scanners on the same IP?
I have a bcd996t and bcd996xt on my home laptop using ProScan. Both run fine but I can't figure out how to configure it, or get the right hardware to have one scanner audio on the left speaker of the client side pc and the audio from the other on the right speaker on the client side.
My laptop (IBM Thinkpad T43) has only one mic input, (no line-in jack) and both usb ports are utilized by the cable connections to the scanner. Someone suggested a multi port usb hub and a USB sound card. But would that work? The only USB sound cards I found only have a mic input and headphone output. I still don't understand how that would work.
Please dont tell me I need a new computer. Is there some hardware I could add?
