Question, how do you go about getting rid of these banner ads/google ads? Didn't see anything in my user CP.

Im pretty sure you cant, thats how they get most of their funding to keep the site running. Annoying I know............

Use Firefox browser with the Adblock Plus option.

Mick you beat me to it! I see absolutely no ads even here on RR. Internet Exploder loves to display ads all over the place. Plus with Firefox, you can customize the way it looks!

If your on a Mac, then it ain't gonna work.

Try portable Firefox, which runs without installation. Then go to Tools | Addons | Get addons | Browse all addons.

Mozilla Firefox, Portable Edition | PortableApps.com - Portable software for USB drives

Not sure if that, too will not run in a Mac.

I don't make a big deal out of sponsered ads. I just ignore them. They're not a bother to me.

Then again, I know where and where not to go........
