I spotted some log entries a week or two back showing sporadic encryption on 74OPS3A but could not confirm it at the time, however I see 74OPS2A is currently in use and is fully encrypted.

It didn't seem to be. DSDPlus was showing ADP with a KID of 0. Same as Lapeer County.
