Visiting St.Cloud for afew days. Was monitoring the AMR p25 system and this evening everything stopped. Using a 396t and its deaf. Any chance they might be rebanding?

That is very possible. They have been making good progress of that. Generally the rule is that everything is dropped 15 MHz, so give that a try.

the database has it all... stearns fire is all digital, benton is digital ready, just a couple nuts and bolts left, sherburne and wright are still analog vHF...
